So begins S&H now that I am over my heartache (or as over it as I am going to be.)

My goal: two Shakeology shakes a day, meeting my 10,000 steps a day goal with my fit bit, and getting back into my Jiu-jitsu at least twice a week.

I'm going to get really sick of Shakeology really fast...
